Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not stop billing. Google Play and Razorpay hold the payment mandate, not us, and they will keep charging you after the account is gone.
- Subscribed in the Android app? Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Subscribed on graspify.in? Cancel from Plans & Billing before deleting.
What gets deleted, and when
Your account is deactivated straight away and permanently erased 30 days later. During those 30 days you can undo it by simply signing back in — that cancels the deletion and restores everything.
After 30 days the following is erased for good:
- Your account, name and email address
- Everything you submitted to the AI tools, and everything they generated for you
- Your notes, cheat sheets, mock tests and test results
- Your learning journeys and progress
- Your study planner and exam timetables
- Your XP, rewards and any unused promo codes
- Your feedback, bug reports and subscription records
After the 30 days this cannot be undone. Nothing is recoverable, and creating a new account does not restore any of it.
What we keep, and why
We retain payment and tax records where Indian law requires us to. These contain transaction amounts and dates, not your study content. Backups holding earlier copies are overwritten on a rolling basis.
