Cancel your subscription first

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a recurring payment agreement. Cancel each website or Google Play subscription with its billing provider to stop future renewals.

Subscribed in the Android app? Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions.
Subscribed on graspify.in? Cancel from Plans & Billing before deleting.

What gets deleted, and when

Your deletion is scheduled for 30 days later. The account remains usable during that grace period. Signing back in cancels the request.

After the grace period, scheduled deletion removes the following from the active account database:

Your account, name and email address
Everything you submitted to the AI tools, and everything they generated for you
Your notes, cheat sheets, mock tests and test results
Your learning journeys and progress
Your study planner and exam timetables
Your XP, rewards and any unused promo codes
Your feedback, bug reports and subscription records

After the 30 days, deleted account and study data cannot be restored by creating a new account. Restricted records may remain for necessary legal, dispute or accountability purposes as explained below.

What we keep, and why

Necessary financial ledger, payment/dispute and restricted privacy-request records may remain after deletion, with access restricted and retention reviewed. Privacy-request records may include your contact details, request and response; closed requests have a one-year retention period unless a legal hold applies. Provider payment records and backup copies follow their own applicable retention periods. See our Privacy Policy; deletion is not a promise that every provider or backup copy disappears on day 30.
