Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Graspify ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Graspify provides AI-powered study tools, including notes generation, doubt solving, cheat sheets, mock tests, a study planner and a guided learning journey, designed to support learning and academic preparation.

3. Eligibility

Graspify is intended for students. If you are under 18, you may use Graspify only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, and any purchase must be made by that parent or guardian using their own payment method.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for cheating, academic dishonesty, or violating exam rules
• Misuse the AI tools for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, or bypass usage limits, paywalls or security controls
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit AI outputs or platform access

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Billing: Pro subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly — until cancelled.
• Where you bought it matters: purchases on graspify.in are processed by Razorpay and managed here. Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play and must be cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes: prices may change with prior notice; changes never apply to a period already paid for.

7. Promo Codes & Rewards

XP earned through activity on Graspify may be exchanged for rewards, including single-use promo codes. The following applies to all promo codes:

• Web purchases only. Promo codes are valid only for subscriptions purchased on graspify.in. They cannot be applied to subscriptions bought inside the Android app, which are billed by Google Play.
• First payment only. A discount applies to the first payment of a new subscription. Renewals are charged at the standard price.
• Single use and non-transferable. Each code belongs to the account that earned it, works once, and cannot be shared, sold or used on another account.
• No cash value. Codes and XP have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be refunded, restored or reissued once used or expired.
• One per purchase. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw the rewards programme, alter XP costs, or invalidate codes obtained through error, abuse or automated activity.

8. Refunds and Billing Decisions

Subscriptions are sold on a recurring basis and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, for unused generations, or for a change of mind after access has been granted.

Where a refund is considered outside those cases, the decision rests solely with Graspify, and our determination on any billing, refund, XP, reward or promo-code matter is final. This includes decisions about accounts we believe have abused the rewards programme or usage limits.

Purchases made through Google Play are additionally governed by Google Play's own refund policy, and payments taken by Razorpay by Razorpay's. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and technology of Graspify are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without permission. You may use the study material generated for you for your own personal learning.

10. User Uploads and Copyright

You can upload images, PDFs and text so the AI tools can work on them. You are responsible for what you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Uploading material you do not own — a whole textbook, paid coursework, another publisher's question bank — may infringe copyright.

We do not publish your uploads. They are processed to produce your result and stored against your account, visible only to you.

If you believe content on Graspify infringes your copyright, email our Grievance Officer (section 16) with the work concerned, where it appears, proof of your rights, and your contact details. We remove infringing material and may suspend accounts that repeatedly upload it.

11. AI Disclaimer

Graspify is an AI product, and AI makes mistakes. Every answer, note, cheat sheet, test, score and study plan is machine-generated and may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or misleading, even when it reads confidently.

• Always verify anything important against your textbook, syllabus or teacher before relying on it
• Graspify assists your study; it does not replace teaching, independent work, or your own judgement
• Outputs are not professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, or career advice
• We do not guarantee any exam result, score, grade or academic outcome
• Practice questions, mock tests and AI marking are for practice only and will not match any official examination or its marking

12. Limitation of Liability

Graspify is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in AI-generated content, or any decision you take based on it
• Academic outcomes, exam results, marks lost, or opportunities missed
• Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or failures of third-party providers
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings, or at graspify.in/delete-account. Your account is erased permanently 30 days later; signing in before then cancels the deletion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

16. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer:

Complaints may concern content, privacy, billing, or any misuse of the platform. We will:

• Acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
• Resolve it within 15 days of receipt
• Keep you informed if a complaint needs longer, with the reason
