What your plan includes
Free accounts receive 15 generation credits total across eligible AI tools, not 15 per day. Additional earned credits may be available through rewards. Pro does not use the Free plan's per-generation credit allowance while paid access is active. Pro is not a promise of infinitely many requests, unlimited speed or uninterrupted availability.
Current temporary request limits
These server controls apply to Free and Pro accounts, across both app and website. Using another device does not reset an account's limit. Requests are counted, so a request that does not produce a new output may still count toward a temporary request limit.
| Feature | Limit |
|---|---|
| Notes, doubt solver, cheat sheets and mock-test generation | 30 requests per tool per account in a rolling 60 minutes |
| PDF parsing and standalone subjective grading | 30 requests per endpoint per account in a rolling 60 minutes |
| Journey creation, uncached journey-step generation and journey-test submission | 20 requests per endpoint per account in a rolling 10 minutes |
| AI study-planner timetable generation | 20 requests per account in a rolling 10 minutes |
When a limit is reached, wait for the rolling window to clear and retry. Credits and temporary request limits are different controls. Upload size, prompt length, output length, provider availability and security checks also limit individual requests. Existing paid access does not bypass these checks.
Personal learning, not automation or resale
Do not share or sell accounts, run bulk automated requests, scrape the service, evade limits, or use generated material to cheat in an assessment. We may investigate misuse and restrict the affected activity. Contact support to challenge a restriction or report a limit that prevents ordinary study.
Changes and service problems
Material reductions in paid benefits require clear advance disclosure and any consent or remedy required by law or the billing provider. A policy update is not permission to silently reduce an already-paid offer. If you paid but cannot use the service, report it under our refund and complaint policies.
