Contact the founder
The founder, operating Graspify as a sole proprietor, handles support and grievances. Email founder@graspify.in with the affected account email, issue, date and relevant payment/request reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unnecessary identity documents. If you cannot sign in, email remains available.
Response times
Consumer/billing complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month. We provide a reference and a copy of the complaint as recorded so you can correct an inaccurate summary. We aim to respond sooner. Where the Information Technology intermediary rules apply, acknowledgement is within 24 hours and resolution within seven days; specified content-removal complaints have a 36-hour deadline and covered intimate-content/impersonation complaints a two-hour deadline. Valid court/government takedown directions may have a three-hour deadline. Applicable urgent deadlines take precedence, not an extra waiting period.
Privacy requests can be submitted through Settings → Privacy & your data or your website privacy request page. We may verify identity before releasing or changing personal data. The published privacy-grievance response period is no longer than 90 days; consumer complaints also involving privacy keep any shorter applicable deadline. Submission is not automatic approval, erasure or payment reversal.
If you disagree
Ask the founder to review the decision and explanation. You are not required to accept our decision as final or to surrender chargeback, regulator or court remedies. Indian consumer complaints may be taken to the National Consumer Helpline or the competent consumer commission through e-Jagriti. Use applicable official Data Protection Board channels when the relevant provisions and process apply. You may use lawful remedies without first accepting our proposed outcome.
Copyright and security reports
For a copyright complaint, identify the work, affected content/reference, your rights and contact details. For a security issue, privately describe the affected feature without exploiting it or accessing other users' data.
