Study aid, not an authority
Graspify uses OpenAI to generate study answers, notes, questions and scores. AI output may be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Check important material against your syllabus, textbook or teacher. Scores are practice feedback, not an official assessment. No exam result or grade is guaranteed. Do not rely on the output as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Your uploads and outputs
Upload only content you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload a full paid textbook, another person's personal data or restricted examination material without lawful permission. Do not send passwords, bank details or identity-document numbers to AI tools. You keep any rights you have in your inputs; you permit Graspify and its processors to process them only to deliver, secure and support the requested service as described in the Privacy Policy, not to advertise with them.
Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights. Graspify owns its branding and software, not every third-party work referenced by an AI answer. Personal study use does not create a right to copy someone else's copyrighted material.
Prohibited activity
- Cheating, impersonation or breaking examination rules.
- Illegal content, threats, harassment or exploitation of children.
- Sharing/reselling accounts, automated bulk generation, scraping or bypassing security and request limits.
- Uploading or redistributing infringing content or another user's private information.
Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. You may contact support to request a review. Mandatory refund, consumer and privacy rights are not forfeited merely because an account is restricted.
Children and verified consent
We intend to support students under 18 with appropriate safeguards. A verified-parent onboarding integration is not yet available; a parent email, payment, cookie age checkbox or an acceptance of Terms is not proof of verified parental consent. Parents can contact founder@graspify.in about an existing child's account or safety issue. We do not claim that a compliant child-account flow has been completed.
