Digital service and activation
Graspify sells access to AI study tools, not physical goods. No shipping or delivery fee applies. Paid access is activated after the payment provider and Graspify confirm the purchase. A pending payment may delay activation; if charged without access, do not pay again—contact founder@graspify.in with the payment reference.
Prices and renewal
Website list prices are ₹199 per month or ₹1,499 per year, inclusive of applicable taxes. The annual amount is charged as one annual payment, not monthly instalments. The provider's final confirmation shows the total payable. Google Play controls its displayed price, currency and billing terms; review the actual Google Play offer before paying.
Subscriptions renew automatically at their disclosed interval until cancelled or their disclosed mandate term ends. Free access does not require a payment method and does not automatically turn into a paid trial. No extra charge is made per AI generation on Pro; temporary request and technical limits still apply.
Graspify is not currently GST-registered. We do not represent a payment receipt as a GST tax invoice or add a separate GST charge under an unregistered GSTIN. Retain your provider receipt; contact support for transaction details.
Consent and reminders
Payment confirmation authorises the recurring agreement displayed by the provider. Under applicable Indian e-mandate requirements, the issuer sends advance debit notifications; our own message is not a substitute for that notification. Review and manage the mandate with your bank/payment provider if a notification is missing. Price increases and mandate changes follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
Stop future charges
For a website subscription, use Plans & Billing to cancel the Razorpay subscription. For an Android subscription, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. There is no Graspify cancellation fee. Ordinary cancellation leaves access until the paid period ends; refunds or revocation may change that period.
Uninstalling the app, logging out or requesting account deletion does not cancel a Google Play or bank mandate. Website and Play subscriptions are separate agreements. Manage each recorded subscription independently to avoid duplicate renewals.
Coupon conditions
Coupons may be obtained using XP in either client but discounts can only be claimed on website purchases, never Android/Google Play billing. A valid 10% coupon applies to the first payment of a new eligible subscription only; subsequent payments use the standard disclosed price. Codes are account-bound, single-use, non-transferable and cannot be stacked. Provider eligibility and the final discount must be confirmed before payment.
An unfinished checkout may reserve a coupon. Recovery requires confirmation that no payment/authorisation occurred and the checkout is closed. Technical errors can be reviewed by support; an unresolved reservation does not mean you should pay again.
Refunds and disputes
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and complaint process. Mandatory legal remedies remain available; there is no blanket exclusion for failed delivery, defective service, duplicate or unauthorised charges.
